North American T-6G

North American T-6G at Tango Squadron Chiang Mai

In 1948 and 1951 Thailand purchased a total of 120 T6 aircraft. They were used as trainers and attack aircraft.

Armament: 2-100 pound bombs,
30 caliber machine guns
4-2.75 inch rockets.

Engine: 1 Pratt and Whitney Wasp 1,300 hp radial

Top speed: 212 miles per hour

Range: 870 miles

ceiling: 24,750 feet

Loaded weight 5,617 pounds
